Like all of Gaillard’s wines, a model of purity. This is a lesson in terroir, a wine that is Condrieu first and viognier second. So elegant, with apricot and white flowers, and a mineral core that holds the wine together. Seamless and thought provoking. Serve at 10C. Drink now. Food pairing idea: lobster.
